Event and Community Management Services: These are services that are sales based and are directly correlated to increasing club occupancies and therefore club revenue.

Marketing Planning Services: These are services increase awareness of your club in the local surrounds and help build community engagement in your offering.

Technical & System Management: Taking the lead on the management of all systems solely dedicated to padel. Including Playtomic (Court booking system) and Retail Point-of-Sale.

Shareholder Reporting: Development of shareholder reporting every 3 months focusing on club strategy, performance, work achieved and forward strategy.

PRICING

Pricing is determined by a fixed fee based on the number of courts at your club as well as a small variable fee based on court and retail revenue targets.
